Hooray I am not blind as my CO called me in circa Feb 1952. I was on air watch aboard USS Fort Mandan LSD 21. We were located approxamatly 400 miles east of New Jersey on Maneuvers. I spotted exactly what Chester saw. I reported it as the Gondola of a Blimp. The CO said there were no Blimps within 500 miles. Then I heard him whisper Blind SOB!

As far as I can remember, and I do remember it well, it was a partly cloudy day, cold and windy. The surface was usual for the N. Atlantic, a little rough but not bad. I remember the clouds as I thought maybe I saw some weird kind of reflection of a Blimp from over the horizon, especially since they told me there was nothing on Radar and not a Blimp around.

I still distinctly remember that it looked like a long Blimp Gondola and it had windows. I dis not see the Gas Bag, I figured a cloud covered it. I would estimate it at 1/2 to 3/4 miles away. I followed it a bit and then reported aircraft off the Port Beam. When I reported, I took my Binoculars off my eyes, After the report, I could no longer find the object. I figured it went into the clouds.

I was on the bridge about 15 feet from the Captain about 65 feet above the water.

Ten years ago I was stationed aboard USS Shadwell LSD 15 the same class and age ship and stood on the same spot and remembered that day.

I never heard of a UFO so at the time,I merely believed that I had seen a blimp. I don't know of anyone else that saw it, however, This month I am going to a reunion of that ships crew so I will ask around.

LSD-21 update recieved on 2/20/00 The following information was received from a Greek sailor serving onboard the Fort Mandan: Regretfully I announce you the decommisioning of HNS (Hellenic Navy Ship) NAFKRATOUSSA, LSD of the Cabildo Class, on the end of February 2000. I cannot recall right now what the ship's name originally was, Ill look in my books, but it was built in 1945, and until today on active duty. After having completed nearly 50 years of service life, the ship was the last 2 years in a desolate condition with no spare parts for most of its devices and corrosion as much as 2/3 of wall thickness. The ship is to be stored either in Salamis or Crete naval stations and sold as scrap later on. I am searching for other witnesses for both these time frames ( 1952 -1958 ) and would like to discuss if they had seen anything unusual at these times. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TESLA AND MARCONI IS A FASCINATING STUDY!

While Tesla has become a popular figure to Revisionist Scientists in the last ten years, Marconi is still largely unknown and seen as an usurper of Tesla's inventions. Yet Guglielmo Marconi (1874-1937), was a brilliant scientist, and, in fact, Tesla's close friend.

In the esoteric writing of the Latin countries, Marconi has achieved a near legendary status, much as Tesla has recently in the United States. But most Tesla students are unaware that Marconi was supposed to have founded a secret high-tech city in the remote southern jungles of Venezuela.

The great Italian scientist Guglielmo Marconi was a former student of Tesla's. Marconi studied radio transmission theory with Tesla and made his first radio transmission in 1895. Marconi was fascinated by the transmission of power, and in 1896 received a British patent and sent a signal nine miles across the Bristol Channel. In 1899 he successfully setup a wireless station to communicate with a French station 31 miles across the English Channel.

It was thought that the curve of the earth's surface would limit radio transmission to 200 miles at the most When, on December 11, 1901, Marconi transmitted a signal from Poldhu, Cornwall, to St. John's Newfoundland, 2000 miles away, he created a major sensation.

For this Marconi replaced the wire receiver with a coherer, a glass tube filled with iron filings, which could conduct radio waves.

At the time there was no scientific explanation for this phenomena of long-distance transmission, and it was postulated that there was a layer in the upper atmosphere-the ionosphere-which reflected back electromagnetic waves.

MARCONI THE MYSTERIOUS

Marconi was the son of a wealthy Italian landowner and an Irish mother When interest in his first transmission in 1895 had not interested Italian authorities, he had gone to Britain. The Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company was formed in London in 1896 and Marconi made millions off his inventions.

Marconi and Tesla are both given credit for the invention of the radio Marconi's historical radio transmission utilized a Heinrich Hertz spark arrester a Popov antenna and an Edouard Bramely coherer for his simple device that was to go on to become the modern radio.

Marconi was given the Noble Prize for Physics in 1909 jointly with Karl Ferdinand Braun, who made important modification which considerably increased the range of the first Marconi transmitters.

Like Tesla, Marconi was a mysterious man in his later years, and was known to perform experiments, including anti-gravity experiments, aboard his yacht Electra. Marconi's yacht was a floating super-laboratory, from which he sent signals into space and lit lights in Australia in 1930. He did this with the aid of an Italian physicist named Landini by sending wave train signals through the earth, much as Tesla had done in Colorado Springs.

In June of 1936 Marconi demonstrated to Italian Fascist dictator Benito Mussolini a wave gun device that could be used as a defensive weapon. In the 1930's such devices were popularized as "death rays" as in a Boris Karloff film of the same name. Marconi demonstrated the ray on a busy highway north of Milan one afternoon.

Mussolini had asked his wife Rachele to also be on the highway at precisely 3:30 in the afternoon. Marconi's device caused the electrical systems in all the cars, including Rachele's, to malfunction for half an hour, while her chauffeur and other motorists checked their fuel pumps and spark plugs. At 3:35 all the cars were able to start again. Rachele Mussolini later published this account in her autobiography.

Mussolini was quite pleased with Marconi's invention, however it is said that Pope Pius XI learned about the invention of the paralyzing rays and took steps to have Mussolini stop Marconi's research.

According to Marconi's followers, Marconi then took his yacht to South America in 1937, after faking his own death.

THE SECRET CITY IN SOUTH AMERICA

A number of European scientists were said to have gone with Marconi, including Landini. In the 1937, the enigmatic Italian physicist and alchemist Fulcanelli warned European physicists of the grave dangers of atomic weapons and then mysteriously vanished a few years later.

HE IS BELIEVED TO HAVE JOINED MARCONI'S SECRET GROUP IN SOUTH AMERICA.

Ninety-eight scientists were said to have gone to South America where they built a city in an extinct volcanic cater in the southern jungles of Venezuela. In their secret city, financed by the great wealth they had created during their lives, they continued Marconi's work on solar energy, cosmic energy and antigravity. They worked secretly and apart from the world's nations, building free-energy motors and ultimately discoid aircraft with a form of gyroscopic anti-gravity. The community is said to be dedicated to universal peace and the common good of all mankind.

Believing the rest of the world to be under the control of energy companies, multi-national bankers and the military-industrial complex, they have remained isolated from the rest of the world, working subversively to foster peace and a clean, ecological technology on the world.

We have information on this astonishing high-tech city from a number of sources. In the South America the story is a common subject among certain metaphysical groups.

Says the French writer Robert Charroux in his book The Mysteries of the Andes, (1974, 1977),

"... the Ciudad Subterranean de los Andes, is discussed in private from Caracas to Santiago."

Charroux goes on to tell the story of Marconi and his secret city, plus the story of a Mexican journalist named Mario Rojas Avendaro who investigated the Ciudad Subterranean de los Andes (Underground City of the Andes) and concluded that it was a true story.

Avendaro was contacted by man named Naciso Genovese, who had been a student of Marconi's and was a physics teacher at a High School in Baja, Mexico.

Genovese was an Italian by origin and claimed to have lived for many years in the Ciudad Subterranea de los Andes. Sometime in the late 1950s he wrote an obscure book entitled "My Trip To Mars - Yo He Estado en Marte."

Though the book was never published in English, it did appear in various Spanish, Portuguese and Italian editions.

TESLA TECHNOLOGY

Genovese claimed that the city had been built with large financial resources, was underground and had better research facilities than any other research facility in the world (at mat time, at least).

By 1946 the city already using a powerful collector of cosmic energy, the essential component of all matter, according to Marconi's theories, many of which he had derived from Tesla.

"In 1952," according to Genovese, "we traveled above all the seas and continents in a craft whose energy supply was continuous and practical inexhaustible. It reached a speed of half a million miles an hour and withstood enormous pressures, near the limit of resistance of the alloys that composed it. The problem was to slow it down at just the right time."

According to Genovese, the city is located at the bottom of a crater, is mostly underground and is entirely self-sufficient. The extinct volcano is covered in thick vegetation, is hundreds of miles from any roads, and is at thirteen thousand feet in the jungle mountains of the Amazon.

The French author Charroux expressed surprise and disbelief to the statement that the city was on a jungle covered mountain that was 13,000 feet high. Yet, the eastern side of Andean cordillera has many such mountains, from Venezuela to Bolivia, spanning thousands of miles. Several such cities, and mountains, could exist in this vast, unexplored, and perpetually cloud-covered region.

YET, A SECRET CITY IN A JUNGLE CRATER WAS THE LEAST OF THE CLAIMS.

Genovese claimed that flights to the Moon and Mars were made in their "flying saucers." He claimed that once the technology had been conquered, it was relatively simple to make the trip to the Moon (a few hours) or Mars (several days). Genovese does not mention pyramids or what they did on Mars.

Perhaps they created a Martian base in one of the ancient, sand-blown pyramids of the Cydonia Region.

There have been many reports of UFOs in South America, especially along the edge of the mountainous jungles of the eastern Andes, from Bolivia to Venezuela. Is it possible that some of these UFOs are antigravity craft from the Ciudad Subterranean de los Andes?

In light of highly reliable sources who claim that a "Last Battalion" of German solders escaped via submarine in the last days of WWII to Antarctica and South America, it is possible that the Germans may have high tech super cities in the remote jungles of South America as well.

A number of military historians, such as Col. Howard Buechner, author of Secrets of the Holy Lance and Hitler's Ashes, maintain that the Germans had already created bases in Queen Maud Land, opposite South Africa during the war.

Afterwards, German U-Boats, in some reports as many as 100, took important scientists, aviators and politicians to the final fortress of Nazi Germany. Two of these U-boats surrendered in Argentina three months after the war. In 1947, the U.S. Navy invaded Antarctica, mainly Queen Maud Land with Admiral Byrd in command.

The Americans were defeated and several jets from the four aircraft carriers were said to have been shot down by discoid craft. The navy retreated and did not return until 1957.

According to the book, Chronicle of Akakor, a book first published in German by the journalist Karl Brugger, a German battalion had taken refuge in an underground city on the borders of Brazil and Peru. Brugger, a German journalist who lived in Manaus, was assassinated in the Rio de Janeiro suburb of Ipanema in 1981. His guide, Tatunca Nara, went on to become Jacques.

They were ten years ahead of the Germans and twenty years ahead of the Americans in their anti-gravity technology. Could they have developed discoid spacecraft in the early 1940s, and gone on to time travel machines and hyperspace drives? Perhaps Marconi and Tesla went into the future, and have already returned to the past!

Time Travel experiments, teleportation, pyramids on Mars, Armageddon and an eventual Golden Age on earth, may all have something to do with Tesla, Marconi and their suppressed inventions.

While "UFO experts" and "former intelligence agents" tell us that flying saucers are extraterrestrial and are being currently retro-engineered by military scientists, Tesla, Marconi and their friends may be waiting for us at their space base at the pyramids and Face on Mars.

Our government, Hollywood and the media have trained us to certain beliefs and prejudices that amazing technology must be from extraterrestrials visiting our planet. To the scientist-philosopher who seeks knowledge... sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.

A U.S. Patent for Guglielmo Marconi and his Wireless Telegraphy given on June 11, 1901. Marconi was as much of a genius as Tesla. When Marconi saw Tesla beaten by the powerful World Financiers, he hesitantly approached the Fascists of Italy with some of his inventions.

After the Pope condemned his death-ray, Marconi faked his own death in 1936 and left with more than 100 scientists to South America aboard his yacht Electro.

Many experts on Marconi, Tesla and UFOs believe that Marconi and other scientists moved to a secret base in the Amazon jungle in 1937 and began making anti-gravity craft with which they reached Mars in the early 1950s or late 1940s.

These four photos are from the U.S. Airforce Blue Book files and show a "French Flying Saucer Device" that is alleged to be one of the craft used by Marconi and built at the secret city in South America.

The Photos clearly show a man-made discoid craft hovering, tilting and landing. Although the margin notes state "Date Unk.-" the photos are known to have been taken in 1953.

At first they were classified SECRET, but were later "downgraded" and finally marked "unclassified." The initials ATIC (upside down at bottom left) stand for Air Technical Intelligence Center, the parent military agency in the Air Force hierarchy sponsoring Project Blue Book.

On April 24, 1959, Hello Augiar was driving along the Plata beach In Salvador, a beach in northern Brazil, when his engine suddenly stopped. He then witnessed a flying saucer flying along the beach and took four photos of it.

It is interesting to note the symbols on the underside of the craft in this drawing. The craft had four hemispherical protrusions in the center of the craft on the bottom and three ribs or tubes on the top of the craft.

This discoid vehicle is similar to the type of craft allegedly made at Marconi's secret city, and is also similar to the Schriever-Habermohl flying disc made by Germany at the BMW factory near Prague in 1944, and first flown on February 4, 1945 (German Jet Genesis by David Masters, 1982, Jane's Books, London. Page 135).

After taking these photos on Plata Beach, Salvador, Brazil, (April 24, 1959) Hello Aguiar lost consciousness.

When he came to, he was clutching this message, written in his own hand:

"ATOMIC EXPERIMENTS FOR WARLIKE PURPOSES SHALL BE DEFINITELY STOPPED... THE EQUILIBRIUM OF THE UNIVERSE IS THREATENED. WE WILL REMAIN VIGILANT AND READY TO INTERFERE."

A Polaroid photo taken In Peru on October 19, 1973 by architect Hugo Vega. Vega, who happened to have a camera with him, was looking for a house of client about 34 miles east of Lima, the coastal capital of Peru.

He was looking out over the Rimac River valley when a discoid craft with portholes between the domed top and main section, came into view. The craft flew along the valley and hovered for a few seconds against the jungle background, which is when Vega got his Polaroid shot.

The old-fashioned design of the craft is noteworthy, with this 1973 saucer looking more like a 1950-type craft.

Some UFO experts believe that this craft is one of Marconi's manufacture at the underground city.

Magic Lanterns Ft Dec 2005 Rendlesham

The Rendlesham Incident of 1980 is by no means the earliest case of strange lights in the area. Alan Murdie and Robert Halliday have uncovered an account dating to the 1940s.

As is well known, that cause c'el`ebre of British ufology, the Rendlesham Forest UFO case, first came to public attention in early 1981. Over the years, it has grown in importance, spawning a whole series of books, articles, claims and counter-claims from sceptics and believers alike. It has drawn in military figures, politicians, the Ministry of Defence and the Pentagon. And, as with Roswell, while the stories have become more fantastic as time has gone on, critiques of the case have become increasingly detailed.

Some of the more extraordinary tales in circulation can be traced back to the local ufologist Brenda Butler, who was responsible for launching the Rendlesham story back in 1981. It was Brenda who, with Dot Street, brought the story to the attention of Jenny Randles, who contacted Flying Saucer Review. In the spring of 1981, an account was also provided to the local fortean magazine Lantern, produced by the now defunct Borderline Science Investigation Group from Lowestoft. Under the title "CIII at Woodbridge?" Lantern carried what, at this distance, is an incredibly low-key treatment of the Rendlesham incident, burying it away on page 17. 1 Brenda Butler has maintained her belief in the story through thick and thin. Like Arthur Shuttlewood at Warminster or Alex Campbell at Loch Ness, she has kept the story rolling along with interviews and broadcasts. Brenda Butler generously gives her time to guiding groups through the forests, which seem almost to have become sacred to her.

Potentially the most significant of these ancillary stories were claims that mysterious lights were seen in the Rendlesham area in the past. Stories of strange lights being seen during the Victorian era and earlier are mentioned in Georgina Bruni's You Can't Tell the People (2001). Bruni's source was Brenda Butler and, if true, these would be suggestive of at least something strange in the area - even if only anomalous lights rather than full-blown UFO phenomena. On a visit to Rendlesham Forest in September 2002 we took the opportunity to talk to Brenda Butler about the stories. Persisting in asking how she had learned of them, we eventually obtained from Brenda an admission that she could no longer remember the identity of her local sources with any precision. Regrettably, these stories have thus become hearsay, illustrating the difficulties of collecting oral testimony.

It is therefore most intriguing to come across a local report of strange light activity a few miles from Rendlesham which cannot in any way be attributed to any post-1980/81 witness account, rumour or hearsay. A search for forteana in a rare local collection, The East Anglian Miscellany, published between 1933-1943, reveals a letter from a Mr GF Fell of Orford, which reads as follows:

HOBBY LANTERNS

May I beg a space in the 'Miscellany' for a problem I have never been able to solve? Perhaps some reader can explain or enlighten me on the subject. In my boyhood days 60 years ago [i.e. c.1882] there were no cinemas or dance halls, not even a gramophone, and us boys had to find material for amusement standing at the corner of the street. Most people have heard or read stories about 'Will-o'-the-wisps': we called them Hobby Lanterns. I expect very few people have seen one, and some may think no-one else has, but this story is absolutely true. At Sudbourne there are two fields known as Workhouse Field and Kiln Field and on certain nights one of these objects could be seen on these fields. They look like a dull red light, like a lantern with the glass smoky. It moved to and fro across the field, about walking pace, always in the same track above the ground: it never went near the hedge." 2

At this point, it should be mentioned that Sudbourne is a hamlet close to what is now known as Rendlesham Forest. In an incident which mirrors the actions of American servicemen 100 years later, the boys decided to go and hunt down the light:

"One night we went out to see if we could find what it was. When we went off the road on the field it vanished, so we spread out and walked across the field and back slowly, but we could see nothing. Then as we were going off the field it suddenly appeared again: then half of us stopped on the road and the others went to have another look; they could see nothing, but from the road it was visible all the time except at intervals of a few seconds it was invisible."

Like the American servicemen from Bentwaters a century later, the boys made repeated efforts to trace the light on successive nights. Mr Fell recalled:

"We tried it several nights: the result was always the same, so we had to leave it a mystery. Now the problem is: It was visible at two or three hundred yards or more and invisible at less than one hundred yards. Why?"

Anyone familiar with the Rendlesham Forest sightings of December 1980 will notice certain parallels. Like one of the lights initially reported by the American servicemen in the Rendlesham Forest, Mr Fell's light was red and appeared and vanished intermittently, confusing observers. As with the American witnesses, it was an experience that made a lasting impression and clearly stayed with Mr Fell for many years afterwards. Although no time of year is stated for Mr Fell's experience, it is possible that the light was seen in the wintertime when it would have been dark early and there were no other games or entertainments to pursue. The light is also described as being close to the ground, which might suggest an autumn or wintertime appearance, the ground being free of crops or long grass. Aficionados of the earthlight hypothesis (they too seem to occur often in wintertime) will also recognise the comparison with a lantern. 3

The prime candidate explanaining the phenomenon, as with the 1980 Rendlesham UFO incident is, a misidentification of the Orfordness Lighthouse (see FT152:28-32). The current light is one of several to have existed at Orford over the centuries. The earliest form of lighthouse was established in the area in 1634, and there has been a light at the present site since 1792 when a structure with candles and burning coals was set up. 4 However, Sudbourne seems too far from the site for a lighthouse beam to be directly implicated as a culprit in the way it has been with the Rendlesham case. From an examination of old maps of the area we discovered that Kiln Field and Workhouse field are quite widely separated within the parish itself, so the mysterious red light was able to cover a considerable distance in Sudbourne. It is conceivable that a strange atmospheric effect might have distorted beams from the lighthouse, but how did the light appear to move "at walking pace" on two fields separated by some distance?

Interestingly, to the east of Sudbourne lies an area known suggestively as "the Lantern Marshes". The name is certainly an old one, apparently predating the establishment of any lighthouse or beacon, and a check of the records reveals a map carrying the name "Lanterne Marsh" dating from 1600.5 Strange lights were frequently referred to as "Lantern Men", "Jack O' Lanterns" and "Hobby Lanterns" (the term used by Mr Fell) in Suffolk dialect. However, it would be wrong to read too much into the place name in the absence of other evidence.

More pertinently, it may be noted that strange red lights are not the only oddities to have been seen in the neighbourhood. A green meteor was reported moving in the direction of Orford in the autumn of 1999, stimulating correspondence in the local press; 6 forteans and ufologists may note how writers from Charles Fort to John Keel have made much of strange meteors, and green ones were also a concern in the early days of the modern UFO phenomena in the USA. 7

Regrettably, Mr Fell never received any answer or explanation for his appeal, at least not through the pages of the East Anglian Miscellany. However, we hope its reprinting here will be of comfort to any surviving readers of the Miscellany or descendants of Mr Fell insofar as his plea did not go entirely unnoticed.

In the meantime, the discovery of this old account arguably poses a problem. It is a strange coincidence - if nothing else - that witnesses in the 1880s had successive sightings of strange red lights not far from the site of one of the major British UFO incidents of the second half of the 20th century. Indeed, it will be interesting to see what sceptics of anomalous light phenomena at Rendlesham will make of Mr Fell's account, which obviously pre-dates any notions of UFOs, particularly just when the Rendlesham story seemed to be at the point of final exorcism. Indeed, for those who have pronounced the case "solved", Mr Fell's statement may bring to mind a remark by the philosopher Professor CD Broad. Considering claims that the presence of infra-red equipment in s'eance rooms frustrated spiritualist manifestations, he remarked: "It may or may not be a significant fact but it is certainly an unfortunate one". 8

One, I could see well,the other was a mile or so from the other and you could barly see the second one.This went on for 24 minites. the next morning 9/4,I got out there to fish,Instead I sat at the pinic tables and looked over the water and saw the same thing but this time they were further out in the middle of the lake and you could barly see them.I will try tonite and see what happens.I go fishing a lot in the dark and, am quite familar with all the nite skys lights, and this is the second sighting I have had over lake michigan in 45 years.THESE ON 9/3 AND 9/4 WERE ORBS.

I watched it for 5 minutes or so, went to get my camera, and the battery was dead(never happened before). The next night I had a friend over and we both went outside to smoke (we're both nightowls). I thought to myself-It's about the same time(after 1:00 AM),I wonder if that thing is back. Sure enough, there it was. I called him over to the same spot in between the cedars, and asked him-"What do you think of that?!" His reply was-"They're here!" We watched it for 5 or so minutes just floating there. Couldn't tell how large it was(Because it was so huge and not knowing how far away it was.)Went to get the camera and remembered-the battery's dead. Didn't charge it because I had no way of predicting it would return a second night. Someone else had to see this. Noone's talking or they never look up.Or just plain afraid. After processing this in my head a while, the only conclusion I came up with is-FLOATING CITY (of sorts). The airport had to have a nervous breakdown. Have You Had A Ufo Or Alien Encounter

Have you ever had a UFO encounter?

That is something many people often ponder, but discard it as soon as the thought enters their mind.

Most people either think it is too absurd or they don't want to spend the time and energy researching to see if there is some validity to their thoughts. Often times their assumption of what others might think of them should an encounter become known, or even their own misconceptions of reality keeps one from researching further.

Many times it takes a series of encounters over several years before one realizes that the situation isn't going away and regardless of the outcome, further investigation becomes necessary.

These instances normally begin in childhood and continue into adulthood. Normally one begins to realize that "something" happened during life changing events in our lives when we start to question the "meaning" of life, or why so-called negative situations are happening to us, such as divorce or a loss of a loved one, or financial ruin.

One of the more common events is meeting someone or doing something that has a profound effect on our life in ways that we can't explain. This will often remind us of previous experiences that were just as dramatic, and will start bringing into play other souls and why they are with us.

The encounters are often buried in the mind because the ego has a really hard time comprehending something equal or greater than itself, therefore the memory can only be jogged by hypnosis or some other form of recall.

My own theory is that we have all had encounters with "other worlds". I believe it is a natural occurrence, and our encounters are created by us to help one through certain difficult situations or to expand our awareness of other dimensions of life.

I feel these different dimensions of existence are like tuning a radio, on a radio, every time the dial is moved a new station comes on, with the human consciousness, every time we shift our thinking, a new dimension enters our reality. The realities are always there, it is up to us to determine which one we need to focus on.

We all have a certain "blue print" that provides us with a rough guide as to what we should do with our life. At certain points in life, changes in our path need to be made. As Yogi Berra once said, "When you come to a fork in the road, you gotta take it".

It is at these times we need guidance from other souls, either worldly or unworldly to guide us through the rough spots, and get us back on the "path". We soon discover that one life experience leads to another, one which would not have been possible without having experienced the previous one, one that gave us the knowledge and understanding to go on to our next mission in life.

This guidance can come in many forms, from a word spoken by an associate, even though the associate is unaware he said anything significant or it would have any impact upon anything. There are various other ways we can receive enlightenment, including an actual encounter with some spirit or alien life form. All of which leads from one event to another until the final outcome is finally determined.

Due to the fact the United States just launched a space probe to explore the possibility of life on other planets,it would be hard in this day and age to not believe that life exists on some other planet or dimension. With the billions of star systems in our universe, it would be hard to imagine that we wouldn't have cousins out there some where.

There are probably many, some would be more advanced than us, and some would probably be more primitive.

Taking all of this into account, one has to believe that contact with life forms from other planetary systems is not only possible but highly likely. We are trying to make contact, wouldn't they be doing the same? To think otherwise, one would have to be two fries short of a Happy Meal.

We can only guess as to what events will take place in the next several years, it will certainly be interesting!

In my mind,the question isn't if you've had contact, but with who and why!

Wild Women More On That Elephant In The Room

Lisa Shiel has posted more on her earlier post on Wild Women; she discusses the response she's received from both men and women, mostly positive. In

Shiel comments on the "lesbian" tag -- as I did as well -- that when others feel the need to insult and attack, they often throw out the term "lesbian" as if it's an insult. Why would someone (usually male) call a woman a "lesbian" in order to insult? If one were a lesbian, what does it matter what she does in bed? Does her choice of sexual partner affect her brain cells? It's not that it's an insult, it's just that it isn't true (not that there's anything wrong with that.) In their minds, "lesbian" is a slur, and can be translated as "man -hater." (The thinking seems to be: if you're sexually uninterested in men as sexual beings, then clearly you are also uninterested in anything else that is rational.)

Shiel points out an interesting bit of history:

I recently watched a documentary on the History Channel in which scholars discussed the original meaning of the word lesbian. The term referred to ancient Greek women who lived on the island of Lesbos. They were renowned lovers of men, not each other! I find this fact interesting, since these days people love to accuse strong women of being lesbians-which, to the name-caller, means "man-hater."

Along comes a poster, going by the name of "anonymous:"

Nah, nobody thinks you're a lesbian, you're just plain annoying. Playing the part of the woman-victim won't get you any respect from other 'researchers'.

But I guess it's easier to be a attention-seeking victim than re-evaluate your loony theories. Oh wait, you can't, because you have a book about it, and exposure/money is the apparent motivation.

Someone else said it best.. Just because you can write a book.. Doesn't mean you should.

So, we have a new twist on the inaccurate lesbian slur: "victim." This is a ploy used by chronic skeptics; accusing someone of "playing a victim" when the c.s. has been called on their stuff, or they simply don't like what they're hearing. In this case, the anonymous poster accuses Shiel of playing a victim.

I can't speak for Shiel, but I will say that being forthright and addressing some of the crap pulled by the dishonest and immature is not whining "victim." That is simply another inaccurate tactic used by those who disagree with someone; it's an attempt to trivialize and silence.

Disagree with Shiel or any of the other "paranormal" Bigfoot witnesses; certainly one's right to do so.

But really, try to refrain from stooping to the level of a grade schooler by insulting and accusing someone of writing books "to make money" -- as if...

Which Brings Us To the Making Money Slam

What's wrong with making money? Wouldn't most, if not all, of us love to make money -- our actual living -- from doing what we love most to do? And isn't making money the American Dream? A solid all American, capitalistic thing to do? It's positively patriotic, dahlings!

There are only two reasons why someone accuses people such as Shiel of making money as if it were a crime:

1. they think she's an outright liar, a scam artist, a huckster.

2. they think she's nuts. All out, far out, gone baby gone nutso.

If you think people like Shiel are lairs, then that's your opinion. She could be, it's true. Personally, I don't think so, but that's' my opinion. But if you do think people like her, who've had these kinds of experiences, are lairs, nothing much you can do about it. Not with out proof. Have any?

In this context of shape shifting beings and extreme high strangeness I'm reminded of Pamela Stonebrooke. (Reptilians, sex, etc.) I have my intuitive feelings about her, and wonder; and yet, her experiences do parallel others. Now it could be she's taken this up for her own ends to further her career, it could be she's telling the truth, it could be she's a psy ops victim,it could be her interpretation of experiences on the astral plane, it could be a combination of those things, who knows. We don't know. And all that aside, we need people like her for a variety of reasons: her story about her story is part of the Trickster comedy within UFOlogy, and that's not a bad thing, nor is it a wrong thing.

If you think Shiel and others with similar experiences are loony toons, then why be so cruel as to attack? Do you attack people with diseases, or broken limbs? What's to be gained from insulting, slurring and inaccurately portraying someone who is utterly bananas?

Those that stop to spend the time to write insulting comments (or worse, have blogs that spend inordinate amounts of time insulting and attacking those they consider "loony" for no reason other than to prove they're not) are trolls, of course.

They're also thin skinned and defensive of their own belief systems. What's it to them if someone "believes" in ET, or that Bigfoot is a shape shifter? Well, it seems like it's a very big deal for people like this that others believe these things. And, at least these money making, lesbian, man hating, victimized nut cases write on public forums using their real names in most cases.

(And some of us wonder why UFO and high strangeness witnesses don't always want to let their real names or locations known to the world.)

I think it's pretty amazing when anyone - whether I can handle their experiences or not, and there are many I can't -- uses their real name, goes out there in the world, and shares their experiences with others. I've said that many times in this blog. And that's why I offer support and encouragement, and urge others to do the same. We don't always have to agree with each other, or even understand each other at times. But we can always learn, and that includes learning from those we have a hard time "getting." (Like me and exopolitics.)

This realm is an amazing realm, and very weird things happen in it, despite the denial of many. Who knows what's really behind that curtain; entirely possible what we experience is only what we think we experienced, or what "they" want to show us, or...endless possibilities. But hell, at least we're looking. And we are also a little bit crazy: for why else would we put ourselves out there, in public, knowing that there will always be those who cannot get through the day without hurling insults at others?

We're just trying to tell our stories, while dancing around that elephant in the room. And if we make a little money off of that, fantastic. Though so far, I don't think any of us have been able to retire to that villa in Tuscany. With our men folk. Or, not. Either way, who we share our oversized fluffy beds under a canopy of silk surrounded by sultry cerulean skies with is nobody's business.
