He didn't know what it was at first and it then began to get closer. When it was about 200 or 300 yards away he noticed that it was a disk. Sky Beasts Not Space Craft Unmasking The Ufos

It has often been said that Nature abhors a vacuum - and evolution certainly does. Every conceivable niche upon planet Earth has been populated by life forms - on land, in freshwater and the seas, beneath layers of rock far below the earth's surface, even buried within the formless ooze on the ocean beds and encircling their scorching water-spewing hydrothermal vents. Yet, inexplicably, there is one lone but vast ecological niche that has remained totally untouched by such animate activity - the rarefied atmospheric layers above and encompassing our world. True, insects, bacteria, birds, bats, and various other living entities spend varying extents of time in the sky, but there is no known life form that has evolved to live exclusively here, never venturing groundward except to die. There are no sky beasts, or cloud creatures - or are there?

One of the most intriguing UFO explanations on offer is that at least some of these elusive aerial entities are not alien spacecraft or anything else from beyond our planet. Instead, they are living creatures - huge, fast, and exceedingly fragile, but life forms nonetheless, highly-specialised for an absolute existence high above our earthbound domain. In my recent book "Dr Shuker's Casebook" (2008), I devoted a lengthy chapter to this fascinating, but previously largely-forgotten scenario, which has helped to revive interest in the sky beast theory - one that, as will now be seen, is certainly greatly deserving of renewed attention.

CRITTERS AHOY!

Down through the decades, a sky beast identity for UFOs has been championed by a number of writers and researchers, of which the most famous must surely be Trevor James Constable, who spent over 20 years investigating this subject, and published two books. The first of these, "They Live in the Sky", came out in 1958, but the second, "The Cosmic Pulse of Light", published in 1976 and then again, in abridged form, in 1978 as "Sky Creatures: Living UFOs", brought this fascinating notion to a much wider audience than it had ever before reached.

Constable considered the sky beasts - or 'critters', as he dubbed them - to resemble gigantic unicellular amoebae, but encased in a metallic or mica-like outer shell or capsule, and with the majority of their bodies composed of plasma, the fourth state of matter, comprising an ionised gas. Although some critters may be as small as a few centimetres, others could be several kilometres long, and remain hidden on most occasions from humans by virtue of their ability to reflect infra-red light, thus rendering them invisible to our eyes - except if they change colour, thereby temporarily reflecting light within the electromagnetic spectrum's visible section.

Yet even if critters are usually beyond our range of vision, their presence can still be detected, for according to Constable they can actually be photographed - using infra-red film and appropriate filters. In his books, he published a number of photos depicting supposed critters snapped by him in the skies above California's Mojave Desert, and one of his acolytes, Richard Toronto, duplicated Constable's attempts in this same locality during 1977, obtaining similar pictures. Their photos have never been exposed as hoaxes (though Kodak representatives have suggested that Toronto's critters may be nothing more exciting than dirty fingerprints and drying spots), and show several different morphological types. These include fusiform entities, giant amoeboid blobs, huge bladder-shaped objects, gigantic discs, and even some with curiously reptilian 'beaks'. Moreover, cine-films taken by Constable show that these objects change shape as they move through the sky, and are luminous.

IN SEARCH OF IDEOPLASMS

Another dedicated supporter of the sky beast theory was John Philip Bessor, whose own interest in such a concept was in no small way inspired by Kenneth Arnold's historic sighting on 24 June 1947 of a phalanx of nine UFOs while flying a Callair aeroplane near Mount Rainier in Washington State, USA. What fascinated Bessor in particular concerning this encounter (which heralded the modern-day wave of UFO interest and sightings worldwide) was Arnold's belief that what he had seen were: "...living organisms, sort of like sky jellyfish" - far removed from today's popular spacecraft image for UFOs.

Bessor later stated that, in his view, UFOs were a form of living creature (which he christened an ideoplasm) composed of a highly attenuated substance, enabling them to materialise or dematerialise at will, utilising telekinetic energy for propulsion. As would be echoed by Constable in relation to his critters, Bessor opined that these entities must be capable of becoming visible, invisible, and changing colour, all very rapidly. He even submitted his thoughts to the U.S. Air Force, and, remarkably, was informed by them that they considered his notion to be "one of the most intelligent theories we have received" regarding the possible nature and identity of UFOs.

Yet another theory of sky beasts, proposed during this same era of thought regarding UFOs, was that of Countess Zoe Wassilko-Serecki. Authoring a number of articles on this subject, she deemed it plausible that such entities were enormous, glowing, stratosphere-inhabiting creatures resembling gargantuan bladders of colloidal silicones, containing a central core of insubstantial matter but otherwise composed predominantly of pure energy. She claimed that they appeared spherical when stationary but became fusiform when moving, and so diffuse at higher levels as to appear virtually invisible.

In addition, hydrophone inventor John M. Cage, commenting upon how closely the pursuit of aircraft by UFOs resembled that of dolphins with ships, suggested that some UFOs may be sentient beings feeding upon negative electricity. And in his book "The Circlemakers" (1992), veteran psychical investigator Andrew Collins speculated that perhaps some cropfield circles may be created by energy released by biological UFOs when swooping downwards from the skies.

FOO FIGHTERS, ANGELS, AND OTHER MINI-SKY BEASTS

Not all sky beasts may be enormous and often invisible. Certain much smaller and more readily discernible (but no less perplexing), luminous, spherical entities are on record that may also be variations upon the fundamental sky beast theme. Take, for instance, the foo fighters.

Usually white or red in colour, and highly animate, these small balls of light (BOLs) were (in)famous during World War II for appearing on the outside of aeroplanes in flight and dancing around them, to the bewilderment of their pilots. At first, the Allies and the Axis powers each thought that foo fighters were a secret weapon developed by the other side to detract fighter pilots from their missions - until eventually it was realised that British, American, French, German, and Japanese pilots were all seeing them! The most mystifying aspect, however, was these BOLs' apparent 'intelligence', because they would swiftly move out of reach if the pilots tried to swat them, but would tenaciously pace alongside if the planes tried to out-fly them, and behaved in what can only be described as a playful, even inquisitive manner. Consequently, veteran BOL investigator Vincent Gaddis boldly proposed that perhaps foo fighters were indeed sentient entities, composed of pure energy yet possessing a basic level of intelligence, and supported earlier claims that UFOs were comparable, albeit much bigger, life forms - a view also subscribed to by Constable.

Interestingly, foo fighters could not be detected by radar. Moreover, a kind of converse foo fighter has also been reported. Known as gizmos or angels, these objects are small, rapidly moving, and again display suspiciously sentient behaviour, sometimes even flying in small groups moving in precise formations. Yet whereas gizmos do show up on radar, and exhibit a very characteristic, idiosyncratic trace pattern readily distinguishable from birds, aircraft, insects, ionised air masses, and other known airborne objects, they are invisible to the human eye.

SERPENTS OF THE SKY

Very different from sky beasts, big or small, are sky serpents or sky fishes, spasmodically reported from all around the world. One of the most famous examples was the so-called 'sky eel' viewed by countless eyewitnesses during two successive nights in early September 1891 in the sky above Crawfordsville, Indiana. It was said to wriggle like a swimming fish, was white, luminous, and measured approximately 6 m long. Hovering around 100 m above the ground, but sometimes swooping even lower, it wheezed loudly and emitted hot air, but lacked any discernible head or tail. The Crawfordsville sky eel was subsequently 'explained' as a flock of killdeer (a species of plover).

A huge entity resembling a writhing serpent with yellow stripes was seen floating over a farm in Bonham, Texas, one day in June 1873. And in May 1888, a hissing counterpart was reported from Darlington County, South Carolina. Back in 1762, a twisting sky serpent was spied for six minutes as it illuminated from on high the Devon town of Bideford on 5 December. More recently, in March 1935, a Scandinavian sky serpent was reported over southern Norway and Denmark, and in December of that same year another one was witnessed twice in the sky above Cruz Alta, Brazil.

The most popular explanation for these is that they are meteorological phenomena known as fire drakes - on account of their fiery countenance and superficially dragonesque form - caused by charged particles accelerated in solar flares and diverted by the Earth's magnetic field, so that they enter the upper atmosphere, yielding streams of wavering light. Nevertheless, in some reports the eyewitnesses were convinced that what they had seen was a bona fide living creature.

STAR ROT, OR DEAD SKY BEASTS?

A mysterious phenomenon that has been recorded for centuries but never fully explained is star rot, also known as pwdre ser or gelatinous meteors. As its last-mentioned name suggests, often what appears to be a meteor or shooting star is seen streaming across the sky, then later, at the site where it is thought to have landed, samples of a strange jelly-like substance are found. Samples of this star rot that have been formally analysed have unmasked a diversity of identities, including various species of algae, fungi, slime moulds, and even the semi-digested remains of food regurgitated by birds. However, some samples have defied identification, and others have quite literally disappeared even as they were being collected, leaving behind nothing more than an odd smell or a greasy trace to verify their erstwhile existence.

Perhaps the most dramatic explanation for these more mystifying samples of star rot, as suggested by Bessor, is that they are actually the mortal remains of sky beasts that have died and plummeted downwards from their lofty abode in the sky to the ground far below, leaving nothing more than transient masses of jelly as corpses, with the earlier-spied streams of light in the sky the release of their dying bodies' energy.

LEGLESS IN NEW GUINEA

When skins of New Guinea's exotically-plumed birds of paradise were first brought back to Europe, in 1522, naturalists were very surprised to discover that they did not possess flesh, blood, bones, or feet. Consequently, they mistakenly deduced that these gorgeous, ethereal-looking, and seemingly near-weightless birds spent their whole lives permanently airborne, feeding upon an ambrosial diet of nectar and dew like feathered sylphs, descending earthward only to die. In reality, however, as they subsequently discovered, the reason for these birds' insubstantial nature was that when preparing their skins for sale, the New Guinea natives routinely but with great skill removed all of their bodies' fleshy parts, leaving only their feathers, wings, head, and beak!

MYSTERY OF THE RODS

Often cited as examples of atmospheric creatures, rods are cylindrical objects, often just a few centimetres long but sometimes much bigger, with wings or a rapidly-undulating lateral membrane. These enigmatic objects cannot be seen with the naked eye but have frequently been photographed and filmed, their most notable researcher, Jos'e Escamilla, having done so many times. Likened by believers in their status as unknown life forms to flying centipedes, rods have been dismissed by sceptics as camera artefacts, digital distortions, and known, living creatures such as insects or even birds. Arguments have raged for years, but in May-June 2005, research staff at China's Tonghua Zhenguo Pharmaceutical Company provided a satisfactory solution. Setting up huge collecting nets, they filmed many rods flying inside them, but when they then inspected these nets' contents, all that they found were moths and other insects. Subsequent investigation revealed that their filmed rods were artefacts - normal insects 'transformed' into rods by an optical illusion resulting from their video camera's slow recording speed. It is now believed that what is happening is that when a fast-flying insect such as a moth is filmed by video equipment, its wings move too rapidly to produce a clean image. Instead, a time-lapse of its wings occurs, which yields the mysterious wings or undulating membrane of the rod, with the rod itself being the time-lapsed body of the flying moth. If so, and it certainly seems the most plausible explanation, we can spare the rod from any further consideration as a bona fide cryptid of any kind, let alone one of sky beast relevance or affinity.

SKY BEASTS ON JUPITER?

In 1977, Cornell University astrophysicist Dr E.E. Salpeter and eminent astronomer Prof. Carl Sagan published a paper in the "Astrophysical Journal Supplement" outlining their thoughts on the possible presence of life on Jupiter, and the likely forms that it may take, existing amidst this gargantuan gas planet's clouds. They concluded that much of whatever life might indeed reside there may well parallel the ecology of Earth's ocean fauna - yielding Jovian equivalents to our plankton, fishes, and larger fish-eating marine predators (turtles, sharks, etc), and which the two scientists have termed sinkers, floaters, and hunters respectively.

Salpeter and Sagan postulated that they could be enormous sac-like organisms, filled with helium, and propelling themselves through the planet's atmosphere by controlled expulsion of this gas from their bodies. However, they did not consider these airborne balloon-like beasts to be wholly conjectural. In fact, they suggested that the presence of such creatures (perhaps even attaining a total diameter of many miles in the case of the Jovian 'hunters') may explain the frequent occurrence over the planet of clearly-perceived areas of red colouration.

The two scientists hoped that this prospect could be examined by the close-up cameras that would be focused upon Jupiter by the U.S.'s Mariner 11 and 12 space probes after their launch later in 1977, but no evidence to support the existence of these (or any other) Jovian life forms was found. Even so, the ideas of Salpeter and Sagan remain plausible relative to the likely nature of life on that huge gaseous world, should any truly exist there. Back in 1971, moreover, the scenario of colossal sky jellyfishes on Jupiter had been the basis for one of Arthur C. Clarke's most famous science-fiction stories, 'A Meeting With Medusa'.

More recently, in 2005, the concept of a carnivorous species of space jellyfish invading Earth and causing havoc was the basis of a decidedly strange Japanese science-fiction film, 'Dogora'.

FINAL THOUGHTS: SKY BEASTS AS STRATOSPHERIC FISHES?

If a pebble is thrown into a pool, its fishes and other occupants flee in all directions, but soon venture back to see what had caused the disturbance. Several sky beast investigators claim that the same principle explains sightings of UFOs. Sometimes they are coming down towards earth to feed upon energy released by energy-releasing sources such as TV transmitters, power stations, etc. In addition, and again like aquatic creatures, which migrate to deeper levels to avoid weather-related disturbance at the water surface, perhaps the sky beasts migrate vertically downwards to avoid bad weather in higher atmospheric strata. On other occasions, however, could their appearances at lower levels be due to simple curiosity regarding disruptions to their airy kingdom caused by those pesky terrestrial creatures known as "Homo sapiens" sending all manner of strange objects skyward? As I noted in "Dr Shuker's Casebook":

"For millions of years, the upper reaches of the sky have remained sacrosanct from contact by the realms of land and sea below. Here, according to the sky beast theory, these metrically vast but materially insubstantial entities have evolved in supreme isolation, unsullied and undisturbed by events on Earth. Since the early 20th Century, however, aeroplanes have roared on silver wings through the sky beasts' cathedrals of clouds, rockets have surged relentlessly upwards like volleys of scorching arrows, and nuclear explosions have spewed forth their deadly emissions in bilious contempt upon the once-immaculate roof of the world. Is it any wonder, therefore, as argued by Cage and the Countess, that UFO sightings are increasing? The sky beasts are cautiously venturing down, to discover what is happening in the frenetic zones far beneath their own languid kingdoms of air and space."

Dulce Insider Interview Part 3

Who or what is COM-12, you've only just mentioned it?

COM-12 was a group centered on "Naval Intelligence" that operated as a counterintelligence

agency with its own agents who serviced as liaisons between various private

sector entities with positions of power within media, government, and even academia.

But primarily COM-12 worked against the powers-that-be from malevolent

organizations which they recognized and sniffed out from within the U.S. government,

especially shadow groups operating at places like Dulce, Area 51, and the Pentagon; the

primary group being AQUARIUS a secret subset from within Majestic-12. Both of these

groups are under the control of the Illuminati, believe it. The powers at the top of every

western democratic nation are somehow related to the ancient Austra Albus lineages,

either through genetics or by placement.

But in essence, what COM-12 tries to accomplish is to sustain a rearguard action

preserving constitutional government whereby they are deliberately leaking information

which is damaging against the powers-that-be within the aforementioned organizations.

It should be noted that DSD-3 from the very beginning had a special counterintelligence

team to ensure groups like COM-12 never broke the Dulce story.

Today there is one remaining member of COM-12 today whose identity is so secretive

that I have only ever heard their voice once; and this was over a decade ago. But this

person provides our mutual friend and me with enough intelligence to remain ahead of

the game. There are others within our own channels, and together we pool varying

resources like this last remaining individual from COM-12 to keep abreast of all relevant

matters. Trusting this person took years to accomplish, and only through the data they

provided plus after much verification did we finally realize that they were legitimate.

From the 1980s COM-12 was killed off one-by-one over the years, and I am afraid that

this lone person is the last remnant of the group. COM-12 was the only group fighting

interests from the Illuminati. All of this goes back to when Dissident Greys began openly

fighting the Austra Albus (the Illuminati). These two groups have been at each other for

centuries and the game is very deadly. For siding with the Dissident Greys, COM-12 has

paid a heavy price.

And as I said, this lone remaining agent, now in his 70s, is it. Once he is gone, COM-12

will cease to exist. Our only hope is that he reveals a repository of his data before his

demise.

Have you ever met Trinity in person?

No.

(Trinity is the 'mutual friend' who the Colonel so often mentions throughout the

interview. For some reason he is even reluctant to even call him by his code name;

Trinity.)

Did you know William Cooper?

Yes. But he had no involvement with Dulce other than knowing; actually... I should say

"having" some strong opinions on the Shadow Government. He did know a lot about

many things, important things; but his switch from the Truth to the "Periphery of

Paranoia" killed his credibility; UFO disease. Ask John Lear about it. He coined the

phrase and he can tell you how, no... "he can prove" how Cooper began to become

overly engrossed within his own tales because of pressure to perform when he had

already proven enough. But he went off the deep end.

I hate to ask you this, again... but what do you know of the individuals who initially

wrote about Dulce, specifically about Castello and the 1979 battle? Did you ever meet

any of them?

No. But they have a real captivating Reptilian story about Dulce, if that is what you are

interested in. And the folks at both the AFOSI and DSD-3 like them, essentially anyone

who perpetuates the Castello story.

You see, individuals who can create unrealistic, or fantastic stories about Dulce are

exactly who the new DSD-3 and AFOSI want. I'm not saying it's a disinformation

campaign on their part; they may believe what they believe, but it helps AFOSI dismiss

claims rather easily. And if the powers-that-be are in league with the Shadow

Government, then they now have free reign to do as they please. Simply as a direct

result of these other stories.

What bothers me about these other people is that they may really believe what they

share. But everything they tell the world about Dulce is utterly wrong and it promotes

an agenda that empowers the wrong side; the bad side.

In 1999 on the Art Bell show, "Somewhere in Time" I recall listening to a psychic named

Joseph DeLouise who stated that sometimes people (who fall asleep during the show)

will have dreams of aliens and UFOs or many types of related subjects, (because they

are listening to the show in their sleep) which unfortunately during the dream state they

cannot intellectualize or even rationalize.

However, much later during full consciousness they may recall one of those events from

their dreams, like abduction, UFO sightings, or dealings with Reptilians; a topic often

mentioned on the show. DeLouise commented that many of the millions of listeners

who regularly fall asleep during the late night show can still hear the discussed subject

matter, incorporating that into their dreams.

I often felt that these individuals, who have been disseminating Reptilians in relation to

Dulce, may have been listening to "Somewhere in Time" with Art Bell. Hell they might

even be listening to Larry King... essentially anyone who covers the UFO and

extraterrestrial subject matter. Whatever the case, I can tell you this; Thomas Edwin

Castello "never existed".

What does exist is a massive facility discovered in 1940 by the Muroc Expedition which

has since been augmented and holds a small community of Greys who work with us, and

sometimes against us. Look, I am not saying there are no such things as Reptilians.

Simply because I've seen some strange things to make me believe that the impossible is

quite possible! Do they exist? I do not know. But, are they in Dulce? The answer is

emphatically, no.

Okay then, this brings me to one very important question. If the Greys have space

craft and if they are seemingly so advanced technologically, why don't they just leave

Earth for some other planet that better suits them? You said they used to go to the

moon?

Anthony, where are they going to go? As a matter of fact, let me put it to you this way...

"They have no where to go." And quite frankly, they could never survive a trip to any

suitable planetary system like our own. If you account for their small numbers,

declining state of health, etc. the answer is they simply cannot leave.

The Greys were created here on Earth, and as such they were not designed for longterm

space travel. But by default the Anu and Austra Albus who were literal copies of

the Progenitors, sans the ability to live longer within Earths atmosphere, could travel on

long space Journeys.

But the Greys, their society, as small as it now is, are too ingrained and embedded

within the caverns beneath Dulce. That is their home. The genetic work they do now is

not so that they can leave; rather, it is so that they can surface. Working with us, is in

their benefit. So they do; and we use them. We are in control, or more to point... the

powers-that-be are. And as for the moon, they have no interest in going back. But we

do.

Colonel, you know that people are going to say you are not telling the truth. How do

you respond to that?

First, you now have my full identity, which I hope you will redact appropriately when

you release this data. Secondly, just ask several former area ranchers about the

entrance to the base. They've seen it and so have dozens of Jicarilla Apache people.

The base has an entrance and has been found many times, and it will be found again

and again.

Ask the people who have seen the football-field sized silver metallic craft hovering over

the Mesa. Ask the people who have been abducted by both Greys and Military within

the four corners area. Ask those who have been followed or harassed by the Black

Helicopters; do you think these things just appear out of thin air?

In August 2002 the entrance was found by a University of New Mexico scientific

research team camping off the Mesa plateau near the base of the Eastern Slope. They

were conducting astronomical experiments while viewing the Perseid meteor showers.

A few of them had wondered off to investigate strange colored lights from an area east

of their camp. They were intercepted near the entrance, and they were instructed to

tell no one about what they found, and ordered to leave, and nothing has ever come

about the incident. People have found it. Need proof? Find these kids and ask them if

it's real; that is if they'll even talk now.

Look, you have my DD-214 of which there is an important clue for you and everyone

else to ponder over; and you won't find many other discharge papers like mine. And

I've taken your polygraph tests and I have given you my story. Also you know Trinity

and what his background is, so just think of the circles he keeps and how he and I may

have encountered one another. Remember, I asked (him) to get me in contact with

(you).

After I learned of the Malevolent Organizations (the Dark element) which had taken

over Dulce, my hope was for an eventual full disclosure by 2000, but that did not

happen. And now my instinct says it may never happen based on the intelligence I am

receiving... unless I tell my story.

It is now 2010 and nothing has ever come forth about Dulce except for the

disinformation seen over the years from those who have never been to Dulce, never

worked at Dulce and who created this sophistical and inconsistent pool of data which

does nothing but create disinformation for the dark element who use it. The details

they provide contradict the truth. And their stories provide the bad element within

AFOSI and DSD-3 the means to cover up atrocities against innocent people and the New

Mexico environment that people rely upon to live. Like the water, the soil, the cattle, I

can go on.

And I don't want to end up dead like Phil Schneider, so this is all that I am capable of

giving; short of putting my entire family in danger... which I will not do. And to anyone

who would wish me to identify myself and bring attention to those that I love just to

satisfy their skepticism, well they can go to hell.

Roswell Crash Revelations From The Foster Ranch

The Ranch Manager's Discovery

Mac (sometimes spelled Mack) Brazel was the Ranch Manager for the Fosters at the time of the Roswell crash. He reported finding a large batch of unusual "debris" scattered on the grounds of the Foster ranch. The debris was apparently like nothing he had ever seen before. The nature of the material was so strange that Mac felt compelled to bring pieces of it to Loretta and Floyd Proctor, who owned an adjacent ranch. In a conversation with this author last year I asked Loretta (still active at 95) what she thought of the debris. I asked her if -over 60 years later- she still believed the debris shown to her to be special. She replied: "Yes." She said that it was not wood, it was not metal. It was not fiberglass nor any type of known material. She said: "I've never have seen anything like it before or since." I then asked, "Loretta, all these years on -with all of the advances in metals and plastics- do you really believe that the material you saw was not from Earth?" She replied without hesitation, "Yes, I really do."

The debris was apparently like nothing Mac had ever seen before either. The nature of the material was strange enough that he felt compelled to bring pieces of it to the Proctors. He also showed it to the owner of Wade Bar, Jesse Wade. Mac was motivated enough by his find to report it the Roswell Sheriff, George Wilcox. Mac also met with Roswell Army Air Field intelligence personnel to relate his discovery. It is known that Mac had stated that if he ever found anything at all like that again, that "they are going to have a hard time getting me to say anything about it!" True to his word, he never spoke publicly about the incident again.

The Foster Family Confesses

The owners of the Foster Ranch were twin brothers named H.S. (Henry) Foster and J.B. "Jap" or "Jasper" Foster. The Foster family had substantial land holdings throughout the states of New Mexico and Texas (including at Midland and Kent, TX.)

Often overlooked is that the Fosters -as owners of the ranch- had to have had a major role in the crash saga. After all, it was their ranch that was cordoned off for some time. It was their ranch to which access was restricted. Mac's son Paul Brazel (in a rare statement about the event) said that the military would not even allow them to water and feed their livestock during the recovery. According to Joe, his Uncle said, "You know what always riled me, even up to this day? Every time I tried to get to the main ranch house to water the horses in all that summer heat, the damn Army forced me off the ranch! I tried again the next day and they still threw me off our property. I was sure that they had done nothing for the animals."

Paul Brazel avoided discussion with Roswell researchers throughout his life. But in discussions with investigators Tom Carey and Don Schmitt, Paul's nephew related that Paul had arrived first to the ranch to take over affairs during their father's absence (as Mac was being interrogated by RAAF.) Property belonging to the Fosters was transgressed by military.

Work time and ranch profits were lost. The government had seriously impinged private property. They had sent in soldiers and equipment and had literally "taken over" the ranch for a long period of time. Ranch hands and family were removed from their own land. The Fosters (in Texas at the time of the crash) had surely been made aware that their ranch was the location of the fallen disc. Newspaper articles appearing in publications across the country must have caught there attention. It seemed likely that either Mac and/or the military itself had made the owners of the ranch aware that the property was a subject of military investigation. In fact it is now known that Mac did did indeed call his employers the Fosters to dutifully alert them to the situation. Geraldine Perkins, who ran a grocery store in Corona, indicated in a relatively recent interview that she had allowed Mac to use the telephone within the store to notify his employers of the crash.

The daughter of JB Foster was located by authors Tom Carey and Don Schmitt. Their discussion with the Foster daughter, Joann Purdie, is reported in the newly revised Witness to Roswell (2009) book by authors Tom Carey and Don Schmitt (to which this author contributed material.)

Joann Purdie agrees that something very serious and of great concern had happened at the family ranch. She said, "My Dad knew that it was a flying saucer and never changed his story. And just as the Army had warned and threatened Mack Brazel, they did the same to him."

Joann encountered Mac many times after the crash. He would say nothing to her about the event, other than that it was not a weather balloon. She maintains that Mac had called her father after the crash to tell him what had happened and that military had overrun the property. She had observed how her father's attitude and demeanor had changed so drastically after the crash. She told the researchers, "Whatever he saw or heard for himself, he too did not want to talk about it after he returned home." But Purdy believes that based on what she had gathered in bits and pieces overy the years that followed, the debris that had fallen on the family ranch was not from Earth. It was material that was entirely unknown. She is suspicious about Mac's death too. And due to specific comments made to her by her Dad, she said, "I have absolutely no doubt that he believed the threats and that they meant business."

Cody Derek, a Foster Great Grandson, has come forward to state that his family has known that it was an extraterrestrial craft that crashed on the ranch. In approximately 2000, after a TV show on Roswell had aired, Cody questioned his Grandfather, H.S. Foster's son (whom he called Papa) about the event. Papa acted very uncharacteristic and evasive with his grandson when questioned, so Cody dropped the matter sensing that it was upsetting to his grandfather to discuss the incident.

In 2005, when Papa passed away, Cody asked his Uncle about the nature of the Roswell crash. Cody's Uncle confirmed that he remembered the crash well and that he was 17 at the time. When asked by Cody point-blank if it was a UFO, his Uncle replied:

"Those boys up there told me they were certain without a doubt that it was a flying saucer." When Cody asked if there were any pilots of the craft -bodies- found within the wreckage, his Uncle sputtered, "Uh, uh, I don't know. I can't remember." Then he said sternly to his nephew that was all he knew about that. Cody sensed that this was still a very sensitive matter with the family and let the matter drop. As so often with the Roswell story, when talk comes 'round to the bodies, it is met with silence.

The Forbidding Government Document

The United States Government had issued an edict: No development at the Foster Ranch- even today.

The US Department of Interior's Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administers hundred of millions of acres of property throughout the nation. Among other administrative responsibilities, they review and approve federal land transfers and they grant authority for subsurface exploration underlying Federal, State and private land. The BLM also issues Environmental Assessments (EA's) for property. The BLM's Roswell, NM Office has recorded an assessment entitled, "Environmental Assessment for Grazing Authorization of Allotment 63020" which includes the Foster Ranch.

A stunning notation about this allotment is found within the document:

"One of the alleged UFO crashes of 1947 is located on this allotment. The UFO crash site has been excluded from rights-of-way and mineral leasing. The site will be withdrawn from mining claim location and is designated NSO for oil and gas leasing."

This notation is extraordinary. It is an official federal document that expressly forbids mineral, oil, gas or similar development at the ranch. It also forbids right of way. This means that no road, powerline, fiber optic network, railroad or highway may ever be built on the land. Why is this so? What may still lie beneath Foster soils?

A Payoff for Silence?

The Foster's Great Grandson Cody Derek states that the Fosters acquired additional properties after the period of 1947. He says that they literally "made a fortune off of oil." He believes that it is distinctly possible that the Fosters were favored with property transfer of federal lands (or other types of land rights) in exchange for the family's "compliance" during the event- and to assure their continued silence on the matter. Although these favors to the Fosters could have been granted in any state, it is interesting to note that a historic review of BLM property transfer records lists eight entries for "Henry Foster" in NM for eight different properties transfers. But details of these transfers remain unavailable. They are not recorded in these records because, according to documents, they have "not been assigned for system automation."

Something fell from afar at the Fosters. Their descendants -and the documents- tell us this. And whatever it could have been was buried beneath the silence of the involved and perhaps -the government may fear- the soils of their ranch.
