He related a UFO sighting to me, and sent along copies of the original police report, titled "Unidentified Flying Object Report." The report references an event that occurred on July 10, 2003.

The report reads as follows:

On 07-10-03 at approximately 2300 hours, my wife Kelly went outside on our back deck to have a cigarette. While she was looking up into the southeastern sky, she noticed a small formation of three or four stars.

One of the stars shot straight down and stopped. A series of red lights came on, and the object started moving in a northwest direction. She yelled for me to get out there, and when I got outside I saw what I first believed to be an aircraft, except the red, white, and green lights were in a vertical formation, not horizontal.

DESCRIPTION OF OBJECT

I now noticed that the speed of this object was relatively slow. I listened, and heard a muffled sound much like a jet aircraft makes. The object got closer, and I estimated it to be about 1,000 feet in the air.

It was just light enough to make out a silhouette. The object was longer from top to bottom than it was from front to back. It had depth to it, and if I were to associate a shape to it, I would say diamond-shaped.

The craft had two small, red lights on the front of it, and two small, red lights on the rear about in the center of it. When it got closer, I noticed several larger windows that projected light from inside the craft.

LIGHT CONFIGURATION

There were three larger red and green lights running vertically along the front edge of the craft. I was trying to pay attention to as many details as I could, and the one thing that stands out in my mind is that the speed was so slow and the muffled jet engine sound did not match and the sound was farther behind the craft.

I also estimated this craft to be around 100 feet long and approximately 200 feet high. It was moving too slowly for its size. The sky was lighter in the west, and I was hoping that when it got in a position that the sky was lighter, I would be able to tell what it was.

SHAPED LIKE A DIAMOND

As the craft got to this position, I noticed the diamond-shape of this craft, and that it was not flat, but did have some depth to it. We had been watching it for approximately 30 seconds. I knew it was right over my deputy's house, so I ran inside and called him.

I told him to go outside and look up, because there was some sort of UFO over his house. My wife had run out to the front porch, and I went outside and she told me about the same time I said UFO that the craft stopped, the red lights went out, the jet engine sound stopped, there was a soft, white glow around the back of the craft, and the craft shot straight up and disappeared. The craft was approximately 6-10 miles away at this point. My deputy called back to tell me he saw nothing.

WITNESS CREDIBILITY

I have spent 14 years in the U.S. Air Force, all of them around jet aircraft. I cannot explain what we witnessed using any logical means. Our Law Enforcement dispatch center is handled on a state wide basis.

I called State Radio and identified myself by my unit # 4610, and inquired if they had received any reports of strange aircraft or UFO reports. I was told NO. They informed me that if they did, they would notify me.

On June 21, 2013 I decided to start marking the sun set as it met the horizon to make me a rock calendar kinda like Stone Hinge. I am calling it Mike Hinge. I picked out a spot on the west side of my property placed a rectangle rock next to a fence post and spray painted the post gray. I sat my Iphone on top of my tripod to mark the heading of where the sun was setting and what heading I was facing to make sure that I can make the same observation each month as the sun sets. I snapped a couple of photos of the sun setting and then turned my attention to the hills north of where I was standing. I snapped a couple of shots and then came into the house to download them on my computer. As I was going through the pictures I noticed these two triangle shaped objects that I had not seen while taking the pictures. I then cropped the pic to enlarge the objects. At first glance I thought they might have been birds but I've never taken any pictured of birds in flight that look like these. Upon further observation of the objects I noticed that the one on the left bottom appears to be behind some telephone wires that are approximately 150 yards down my driveway which makes the object appear to be Very Large. The second object appears to be behind the leaves of the tree that is approximately 30 yards in front of me and also appears to be Very large. I took two pictures just a few seconds apart and the objects are only in one of the photos. I'm not saying these are USO's well I guess they are because I can not Identify them. lol.. I just wanted to send the pics in to you and maybe you can help me identify what they are.. Thank you in Advance, Michael L. Dixon HMCS(SW)Retired p.s. My father my sister and i were having a fire outside from around 10pm to 12:30am so it was pretty dark my sister had just felt sick and went inside she said she had a head ache and felt like she was going to pass out but she was fine after (we don't know if this had anything to do with the UFO) and litterly 10 seconds after she went in i was observing the stars above my house and all the sudden a really bright light appeared i thought it was a satellite or the ISS and then it started zipping across the sky it was very bright white round and it came with a faint whirring sound and another identical circle joined and they were zipping in zig zag formations across the sky this lasted for at least a minute it was impossible to be a air plane or helicopter it was too fast and was flying in dimensions they can fly in. I tryed to get my fathers attention and every time he looked they stopped but then we both saw the circles zip across the sky and disappear we were both astonished.

Ufo With Green Beam Captured On Home Security Camera

A man in South East Michigan captures this UFO Scanning the ground with a green beam of light on October 2, 2013.

This man set up his security camera at his home to try and capture some meteor action that has been common all over the world the last few weeks. What he didn't expect was this bright multicolored UFO scanning the tree line with what looks like a green laser beam.

The UFO is seen multiple times in the course of this 7 min video, each time it is seen hovering and making very quick aerobatic maneuvers. The UFO also seems to be scanning the ground or the trees with a green colored beam of light. The beam fans out from the bottom of the UFO and can be seen shining on the tree branches below.

The camera that captured this UFO runs at 15 FPS so the video does seem a little choppy at times but still captures the agility of the craft as it maneuvers above the trees. The orginal video I had posted was taken down due to the backround music and some copyright isssues.

So we found this footage and it is the raw video that is uncut. It is over 13 minutes long and may conatian more detail of this event. The time marks that I had posted no longer coincide with this video so I took them out of the post. Hopefully this vidoe will stay posted.

The witness says the he is located about 8 miles away from an Air National Guard Base, so this UFO surely could have been picked up on their radar.

I live in Power Ranch in Gilbert Arizona. About a month ago my husband and I saw some type of craft in our neighborhood. We tried to follow this craft but it vanished in thin air. We were not the only cars following this object. It made no noise and almost seemed like it was just floating very close to the tops of houses in our neighborhood. We have not talked about it with anyone for the obvious reasons but saw the pic's on your website and really it took my breath away.

I really would like to know if anyone else has reported this to you?

FW: Thanks for taking the time to share you very interesting "UFO experience." If you don't mind, I have several questions:

Let's start with the date, and time.

Wit: 2nd week in March / sorry cannot remember the exact day really just tried to forget about it. Time was around 7:15

FW: Location?

Wit: Germane ">FW: Describe the weather... light, clouds, wind etc.

Wit: Clear night / clearly see the stars/ calm night

FW: Description of the object?

Wit: Triangle in shape / almost as if it was floating just feet from the houses in our neighborhood

Wit: It was moving a little faster than a blimp would

FW: How did you notice it?

Wit: The lights at each point of the object caught our eyes/ we thought it may have been a rescue chopper at first but as we moved close you could see the outline of this object and there was no noise

FW: Anyone else see it?

Wit: As we followed it to a field at Rittenhouse road and Baseline there were a line of cars behind us (about 8) and we all ended up having to make a u turn as the street ended. We did not want others to think we were crazy and had thought something would have been on the news about this. My husband and I are very skeptical of things and we believe on fact and evidence but we are speechless over this experience and at times still question ourselves.

FW: Did you report it to anyone at the time?

Wit: I called my daughter when it happened but I don't think she believed me so we did not speak with anyone else.

FW: Using a quarter at arm's length, how big was the object in relationship?

Wit: Half dollar would be more accurate

FW: What angle was at in relationship to your position?

Wit: Slightly to our left as we turned into our neighborhood.

FW: How exactly did it disappear... did it fade out? Did it shoot away? Details please.

Wit: It was all very strange how it just seem to float across the road and above the rest of the neighborhood. When it got close to the field it just faded out. It's really unexplainable we are still in shock and at this time it really seems like a dream. The image is stuck in my head and every night I'm looking in hopes to find out what this could possibly be.

FW: How did you feel at the time of your sighting?

Wit: Curious, disbelief, confused and disoriented toward the end. My husband and I did not speak a word after the object disappeared.

FW: What picture are you referring to on the web-site?

Wit: The triangle shape one. I do not believe the one on the website is real but a very close resemblance. I cannot even believe I'm talking about this since I still cannot believe it.

My wife and I stepped outside around 1120 pm to have a smoke. I was looking up towards the south-south east sky when I noticed two lights, about the size of a star, moving in a straight line towards the north east, one following the other, with the trailing light seeming to be "towed". I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but my wife noticed them about the same time I did. They did not appear to be any plane or satellite that I have ever observed. As I said before, the trailing light seemed like it was being towed by the leading light. They did not change direction and kept a constant speed and distance between them. The "towed" object looked like a car being towed by another car with a rope...it looked like the "rope" was slacking and then the leading light would pull it tight causing the towed object to jerk or wobble. As the lights got dimmer as they traveled, starting at about the brightness of a medium brightness star to almost no light. The entire sighting lasted about 1-2 minutes. At around 7:40 pm CDT, I drove to a corner store, about one mile from my house, for a package of little cigars and a coke to see what remained of our first 'white Christmas' in 83 years (before I was born!).

As I returned to my car from inside the store where I had visited with the owner for a few minutes or so, something caught my eye low in the due northern sky: a yellowish/white broad light that was not shining at me, or out in front of the object, but was 'glowing' downwards, but not casting a 'beam' of light! I thought, how strange, but then the brisk cold air got to me so I hurried on home to see if I could get a better look at this, thing.

Less than five minutes later, or, about 7:46 to 7:48 pm CDT, I parked my car at home and walked to my porch and looked up to the lower southern sky and saw this HUGE rear end of what could not have been an airplane, as it was only a few hundred feet off the ground, and the rear lights were perfectly huge!

There were four of them, two yellowish/white and two reddish/white, perfectly circular, spaced one after the other (white, red, white, red) in a roll in shape with a red blinking light in the middle or, possibly in the bottom area, when I thought it was likely an airplane, but I heard no sound whatsoever.

What I was looking at, that was gliding so slowly that if it had of been some known aircraft; it would have fallen from the sky, seemed to me to be the rear end of a triangle-shaped UFO I have seen graphics of and some videos of from eyewitnesses.

These lights were not bright, did not give off a 'brightness glow' nor were they hard to look at, yet they were soft in their illumination.

The huge object was almost hovering as it was gliding so slowly. I watched it moving towards the due south, and I know where the due south is from my front yard, having a compass watch that I calculate with every season, plus I know my star charts, being a former Navy SeaL and navigator.

These four lights were perfectly round and did not blink at all: only the small red light blinked in an odd manner unlike the belly lights found on traditional aircraft that blink in a continuous series as a warning. I know this from having once worked for Delta Airlines as a Fuel Service Agent. This little red light would blink real fast, and then stop, and then blink real fast a few seconds later, and stop.

I was very awed, despite my past in witnessing and videotaping such oddities we call UFOs, standing out in the 30F odd degree cold night air, as I truly believed that I was seeing the rear end of a triangle shaped UFO gliding southwards, ever so slowly.

The area where the large lights were located was a perfectly boxed-in area, or squared off with the lights within.

Now, I had my camcorder just inside my house on the coffee table, as I had been taking footage of the very rare snow that we had gotten yesterday afternoon, 12/24/2009, for the first time since 1926, as the TV news had related.

When my camcorder came to mind, the object had traveled farther away to the due south, although I thought I could get some footage of it.

I decided to watch it instead, as if I had of gotten footage by that time of watching it for about four minutes, it would have been seen as simply colored lights that I described above in the cold night air, becoming smaller as it traveled slowly away.

CONCLUSION: This object was too huge and flying too low and silently to have been any known, earthly aircraft! Because of the placement of the huge circular lights to the rear of the object; rule out any earthly aircraft.

These were not 'fixed winged lights' that shine out in front of airplanes, as this object was heading away from me to the south, plus the fact of its slow rate of speed and freezing night air; rule out a horizontal hot air balloon of any type based upon little to no wind and the object was moving in such a fixed position that it did not vary even slightly!
