This is the second night in a row I filmed this hoovering light from my 23 floor balcony. I've seen lights like this filmed before and realise it could be an incoming plane on a flight plan with atmospheric conditions...in fact the only sightings I've ever had in the past few years have been on flight plans near airports, not just in a busy city but in the wilderness. This light phenomenon is morphing.I was drawn to it and asan abductee I take this feeling seriously.
