I was looking in the western part of the sky for meteorites and saw this triangle object very high up (Miles). It had a faint rose color light at each point of the triangle object. While it was traveling from south west to north east at a speed much much faster than a jet an slower than a meteorite it turned bright white for a 1/2 to 1 second while traveling. The entire sighting was approx. 7 seconds and im guessing during this time it traveled a 1000 miles and disappeared when it travelled over the trees.
